MOOSE JAW — Nominations are open for the City of Moose Jaw’s annual 2024 Beautification Awards.
Nominations opened May 29, and the deadline for entry is Friday, July 5.
This award has been presented annually since 1981 to recognize and appreciate the people who have worked hard to create and foster outstanding properties in Moose Jaw. The Beautification Award is a way to encourage community members to aesthetically enhance their part of the city.
Residential properties may be entered to win in one of the following categories:
- Best Residential Property in Sunningdale/VLA/West Park/Iron Bridge: This category is open to residential properties located in the districts of Sunningdale, VLA, West Park, and Iron Bridge.
- Best Residential Property in Northwest: This category is open to residential properties found in the area from Laurier Street to Manitoba Street West and Main Street North to Thatcher Drive West.
- Best Residential Property East End: This category is open to residential properties found in the area from Main Street North to the eastern end of Moose Jaw and north of Manitoba Street East.
- Best Residential Property South Hill: This category is open to residential properties found south of Manitoba Street.
